Al is responsible for establishing InterContinental's Environmental Division. Drawing upon his 17 years of industry practicum, he is acknowledged as a leader with environmental insurance programs. Al's expertise includes Superfund Projects, Finite Risk, Mergers and Acquisitions, Landfills, Contractors, Recyclers, Transporters, and Brownfields.

Al's distinguished career has enabled him to design significant strategic initiatives within the management and deployment of professional liability programs, crafted exclusively for architects and engineers.

Al maintains a keen sense of how to assess today's environmental insurance issues that can ultimately affect a company's future. He is regularly approached to undertake specific assignments, whereby organizations are facing difficult environmental insurance challenges and need a swift turnaround.

He has served within several of the world's noted insurance brokerage firms; Frank B. Hall (now AON), Marsh & McLennan, and Minet Insurance Brokers
Al has attained the designation of Associate in Risk Management and graduated from Ithaca College in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
