Tom is the founding partner and driving force behind InterContinental Insurance Brokers, LLC. He continues to define the firm’s mission by directing its overall operations and serving as chief strategist in developing client matters. His leadership and management expertise have enabled him to attract and retain an executive team and support staff of the highest industry standards. His innovation and vision with respect to identifying a preferred clientele in niche markets has resulted in IIB's consistent growth in the real estate, environmental, healthcare, manufacturing and retail industries.
Tom's reputation with property and casualty insurance companies has driven the growth of IIB and has allowed the company every opportunity to provide the most comprehensive and competitive insurance programs to its clients. His foresight with respect to building the company around the aggressive service needs and insurance requirements of the firm’s clients, rather than a predetermined model for an insurance brokerage, has been the catalyst for the company’s success.
Tom holds a degree in economics from Boston University and maintains an AIB professional designation and ongoing Massachusetts Broker License requirements. He is an active member of various local and national insurance and real estate organizations as well as donating a substantial portion of his time and resources to support charities and programs throughout New England.
